Job Summary
Area Manager in the Southeast Region focused on promoting CSL Behring products, developing new accounts, maintaining key customer relationships (HCPs, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, distributors), and achieving territory sales targets. Responsibilities include territory business planning, implementing marketing programs, staying current with clinical literature, applying the CSL selling model (PS2), engaging patient support groups when appropriate, and traveling to meet customers and attend events. Requires Bachelor degree, 5+ years pharma sales experience, proven field-sales success, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations. Travel is regular (including weekends) for select meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
