Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promoting CSL Behring products and managing territory business development in the Southeast region. Build and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, distributors and other channel partners; drive demand through product promotion, account development, and territory planning; stay current on clinical literature and product features; implement CSL Behring selling model (PS2) with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing on customer calls; support patient education programs and participate in local customer meetings; regular travel required, including potential weekends, to cover assigned accounts and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
