Job Summary
Area Manager in the Southeast Region responsible for promoting CSL Behring products, developing and growing clinical and distribution channel relationships, and implementing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets. Candidates will cultivate relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors, communicate product features and disease-state information, stay current with clinical literature, and utilize the CSL PS2 selling model to open, probe, listen, and close. The role requires travel and active engagement with patient support groups, with a focus on demand creation, account development, and maximizing market share across assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
