Job Summary
Area Manager will promote CSL Behring products and manage territory business development in the Southeast Region (including West Palm, Orlando). Develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Professionals, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners; create demand for promoted products while demonstrating clinical knowledge; develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; implement marketing programs to increase market share; maintain call frequency with targets; stay current with clinical literature; apply the CSL selling model (PS2) during customer calls; collaborate with patient support groups; communicate marketplace opportunities to management; represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings to increase product exposure; regular travel required (including weekends) for select meetings and events; participate in patient education programs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
