Job Summary
Promote CSL Behring products in the Southeast US territory and manage relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors, and specialty pharmacies. Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, communicate product features and disease-state information, stay current with clinical literature, and apply the CSL selling model (PS2) to customer calls. Build new accounts, grow existing ones, and support patient education programs as needed; collaborate with patient support groups and participate in local customer meetings to raise exposure of CSL Behring products and services. May require regular travel, including weekends, for customer meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
