Job Summary
Area Manager for the Southeast Region responsible for promoting CSL Behring products and managing territory business development. Develops and maintains relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners; creates demand for promoted products and expands new and existing accounts through effective territory management. Develops and implements territory business plans aligned with corporate direction to achieve or exceed sales targets; communicates product features, benefits, and competitive landscape; executes marketing programs to increase market share; maintains call schedules with targets and stays current on clinical literature. Applies the CSL selling model (PS2) with strong opening, probing, listening, and closing skills; collaborates with patient support groups; travels as required, including weekends, to meet customer needs and represent CSL Behring at local meetings. Bachelor degree in science or business required; minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales experience; proven field sales success and market growth; knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
