Job Summary
Area Manager Southeast Region responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products and managing territory business development in the Southeast, including cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners; developing demand for promoted products, expanding new and existing accounts through strong clinical knowledge and territory management; implementing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; executing key marketing programs to increase market share; maintaining appropriate call frequency and staying current with clinical literature; applying the CSL selling model (PS2) and collaborating with patient support groups; traveling regularly to support customer meetings and events; bachelor’s degree required with five years of pharmaceutical sales experience and proven sales success; benefits available from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
