Job Summary
Area Manager for CSL Behring in the Southeast Region responsible for promoting CSL Behring products, developing and managing territory accounts, implementing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, and maintaining relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners. Develops demand through promotion, communicates product features and disease state knowledge, supports patient education programs, and utilizes the CSL selling model (PS2) on customer calls while traveling regularly (including weekends) for meetings and events. Requires strong clinical knowledge, business acumen, and proven success in pharmaceutical field sales to drive territory growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
