Area Manager Specialty. Southeast Region

Area Manager specializing in the Southeast Region responsible for promoting CSL Behring products and managing territory business development. Drives demand through key customer relationships with HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient support groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies. Develops and implements territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, communicates product features and disease state information, stays current with clinical literature, and utilizes the CSL selling model (PS2) to open, probe, listen, and close. Maintains call frequency with targets, supports patient education programs as needed, represents CSL Behring at local meetings to raise product exposure, and travels regularly (including weekends) for select customer or corporate events. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field, at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, demonstrated success in field sales and market share growth, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
