Job Summary
Area Manager tasked with promoting and utilizing CSL Behring products and managing territory business development in the Southeast region, including West Palm and Orlando. Develops relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; grows new and existing accounts through solid customer relationships, communicates product and disease-state information, and implements territory business plans to achieve sales targets. Promotes products, implements marketing programs to increase market share, maintains call frequency with targets, stays current with clinical literature, uses the CSL selling model (PS2), engages with patient support groups as appropriate, and travels regularly (including weekends) for customer meetings and events. Requires a Bachelor degree and minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with proven field sales success and knowledge of regulatory aspects of the pharmaceutical market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
