Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promoting CSL Behring products within the South East region, developing and implementing territory business plans, cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners, increasing product usage, developing new accounts while growing existing accounts, applying the CSL PS2 selling model, staying current with clinical literature, and traveling to cover the territory to meet sales targets and drive market share. Strong emphasis on building customer advocates, providing product and disease-state knowledge, and supporting patient education programs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
