Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promoting CSL Behring products and managing all aspects of territory business development in the Southeast region (Denver, CO area indicated as base). Develops relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient support groups, distributors and specialty pharmacies; grows new accounts and enhances existing accounts through technical product and disease-state knowledge; creates and executes territory business plans to achieve sales targets; implements marketing programs to increase market share; maintains appropriate call frequency and stays current with clinical literature; employs the CSL selling model (PS2) and collaborates with patient support groups, while traveling regularly to meet customers and attend events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
