Area Manager for CSL Behring in the Southeast Region is responsible for promoting promoted CSL Behring products and managing all aspects of territory business development. The role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners, while driving demand for products and expanding both new and existing accounts. Responsibilities include developing territory business plans to meet or exceed sales targets, implementing key marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining appropriate call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, applying the CSL selling PS2 model in customer calls, collaborating with patient support groups, communicating market opportunities to management, and representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings. Regular travel, including weekends, is required. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field, a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, demonstrated success in field sales and market share growth, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
