Job Summary
Promote CSL Behring products and drive territory growth in the Southeast region by building and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners. Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets; communicate product features and disease-state information; implement marketing programs to increase market share; maintain call frequencies aligned with product focus; stay current with clinical literature; apply the CSL selling model (PS2) in customer calls; collaborate with patient support groups; identify and develop new accounts while expanding existing ones; travel as needed, including weekends, to meet customer and corporate events; represent CSL Behring at local meetings to raise product exposure and support patient education programs as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
