Job Summary
Area Manager for the Southeast Region responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products and for managing all aspects of territory business development. Cultivates relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors; develops demand for promoted products; builds and executes territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets; stays current with clinical literature; implements the CSL selling model (PS2) and works with patient support groups as appropriate; requires a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field and a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience; frequent travel to manage accounts and represent CSL Behring at local meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
