Job Summary
Area Manager for CSL Behring in the Southeast region, responsible for promoting products and increasing usage, developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners, developing new accounts and growing existing ones, implementing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, executing marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, applying the CSL selling model (PS2) in customer calls, collaborating with patient support groups, sharing marketplace insights with management, and representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings with regular travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
