Job Summary
Area Manager for CSL Behring promotes products and drives usage within Southeast territory, builds relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners, develops and executes territory business plans to achieve sales targets, implements marketing programs to grow market share, stays current on clinical literature, follows the CSL selling model (PS2) in customer engagements, collaborates with patient support groups when appropriate, and travels regularly for customer meetings and events. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field, at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience with proven territory growth, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.

- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
