Area Manager Specialty. Southeast Region

Area Manager for CSL Behring promoting and growing the Southeast Region territory (Dayton, OH area). Responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products, development and management of territory business plans, cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, distributors and patient support groups, and achieving/exceeding territory sales targets. Maintain knowledge of product features, disease states, competitive programs, and market channels; implement marketing programs to increase market share; stay current with clinical literature; utilize the CSL selling model (PS2) with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing on customer calls; support patient education programs as needed; regular travel required, including weekends for select meetings and events. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field, minimum five years in pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience, demonstrated field sales success and market share growth, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
