Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products within the Southeast Region; develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; cultivate and maintain relationships with Health Care Professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, distributors and patient support groups; promote products to selected call points, stay current with clinical literature, and communicate product and disease state information; implement the CSL selling model (PS2) with strong opening, probing, listening and closing; travel required for meetings and events; support patient education programs as needed; qualifications include a Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field and at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
