Area Manager Specialty. Southeast Region

Area Manager will drive promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products in the Southeast Territory, developing and executing territory business plans to grow accounts and market share. Responsibilities include promoting products to HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient support groups, distributors and specialty pharmacies; building strong customer relationships; communicating product features and disease-state knowledge; implementing the CSL selling model (PS2) with opening/probing/listening/closing skills; collaborating with patient support groups; ensuring proper call frequency and timely updates; staying current with clinical literature; traveling as needed, including weekends, to meet customer needs and company events. Requires a Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field and a minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales experience, with demonstrated success in field sales and market share growth.
