Area Manager is responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products and for managing all aspects of territory business development in the Southeast Region, with Plano, TX as the stated location. The role involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners; developing demand, creating territory business plans to achieve sales targets, implementing marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, applying the CSL selling model (PS2) in customer calls, collaborating with patient support groups, and traveling regularly for meetings and customer visits. The position requires strong business acumen, clinical knowledge, and the ability to develop new accounts while growing existing ones; participation in patient education programs as needed and representing CSL Behring at local meetings.
