Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products in the Southeast region; develop territory business plans, maintain relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners; cultivate demand for promoted products, expand new and existing accounts through solid customer relationships and product/disease-state knowledge; implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; execute marketing programs to increase market share; stay current with clinical literature; apply CSL selling model (PS2) during customer calls; collaborate with patient support groups; represent CSL Behring at local meetings; travel regularly (including weekends) for client and corporate events; required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience; knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations; comprehensive benefits package described by CSL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
