Job Summary
Promote CSL Behring products in the Southeast Territory, develop and manage accounts, and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners. Create demand for promoted products, stay current on clinical literature, and demonstrate strong business acumen to develop new accounts and grow existing ones. Implement territory business plans to achieve exceed sales targets, communicate product features and disease-state information, and stay informed on market and regulatory developments. Apply the CSL selling model (PS2) in calls, support patient education programs as needed, and travel regularly for customer or corporate meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
