Job Summary
Area Manager is responsible for promoting CSL Behring products and managing all aspects of territory business development in the Southeast region, including building and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; developing and implementing territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets; expanding new accounts and growing existing accounts through effective product and disease-state knowledge, marketing programs, and CSL selling model (PS2); staying current with clinical literature; supporting patient education programs as needed; and traveling as required, including weekends for select meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
