Job Summary
Area Manager will promote CSL Behring products within the Southeast Territory, develop and execute territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, cultivate relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, distributors, and patient groups, stay current with clinical literature, communicate product features and disease states, implement CSL selling PS2 model, travel for in-person customer engagements and meetings, and support patient education programs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
