Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products and management of the Southeast Territory, including developing new accounts and growing existing ones, implementing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, and maintaining relationships with HCPs, hospitals, treatment centers, distributors, and patient groups. Requires travel and strong clinical knowledge, CSL selling model (PS2), and active collaboration with patient support groups; emphasizes market awareness, call activity, and representation at local meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
