Job Summary
Area Manager for CSL Behring tasked with promoting CSL Behring products and leading territory business development in the Southeast region. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; developing new accounts and expanding existing ones; creating and executing territory business plans to achieve sales targets; communicating product features, benefits, and disease-state information; implementing marketing programs to increase market share; maintaining call frequency with targets; staying current with clinical literature; applying the CSL PS2 selling model with opening, probing, listening, and closing; engaging with patient support groups; monitoring marketplace opportunities; representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings; and regular travel including weekends. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field, at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, proven field sales success and market share growth, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
