Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promoting CSL Behring products and developing the Southeast Region territory. Build and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies; develop new accounts and grow existing ones; implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; apply knowledge of product features, disease states, and competitive landscape; drive demand via marketing programs and CSL Behring selling model (PS2); stay current with clinical literature; support patient education programs; engage with patient support groups where appropriate; regular travel to meet customers and participate in events; represent CSL Behring at local meetings and maintain proper call frequency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
