Area Manager Specialty. Southeast Region

Area Manager will promote CSL Behring products and drive territory business development in the Southeast, cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies. Responsible for growing new and existing accounts through solid customer relationships, communicating technical product and disease-state information, and implementing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets. Will stay current with clinical literature, implement the CSL selling model (PS2) with effective opening, probing, listening and closing, and collaborate with patient support groups as appropriate. Regular travel, including potential weekends, to support customer meetings and events is required. The role emphasizes promoting products, increasing market share, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
