Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for the promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products in the Southeast Region, including Fort Myers; cultivates relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision-makers, and distribution partners; develops territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets; promotes products, increases usage, and implements key marketing programs to grow market share; maintains call frequency with targets, stays current with clinical literature, and uses the CSL selling PS2 model in customer calls; works with patient support groups as appropriate; represents CSL Behring at local meetings; frequent travel required, including weekends; requires a Bachelor degree and at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience; strong business acumen and ability to develop new accounts and grow existing ones; CSL benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
