Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promoting CSL Behring products and driving territory business development in the Southeast region, with a focus on building relationships with HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia centers, patient groups, and distribution partners; develops and executes territory plans to achieve sales targets, promotes product usage, stays current with clinical literature, uses the CSL selling model (PS2) in customer calls, supports patient education programs, and travels as required to engage customers and attend meetings; requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience with demonstrated growth in market share.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
