Area Manager Specialty. Southeast Region

Area Manager will promote CSL Behring products, develop territory business plans, and manage accounts across the Southeast region, including West Palm Beach, Orlando, and Dallas. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, distributors, and specialty pharmacies; generating demand and promoting product features and benefits; communicating disease-state knowledge and market information; implementing territory plans to meet or exceed sales targets; applying the CSL selling model (PS2) with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing; supporting patient education programs; staying informed on clinical literature; and traveling regularly, including weekends, for customer meetings and events. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field, at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, proven success in field sales and market growth, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
