Job Summary
Area Manager for CSL Behring Southeast Region focused on promoting promoted products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners. Responsible for territory business development, forming strategic customer relationships, implementing territory plans to achieve sales targets, staying current with clinical literature, utilizing the CSL PS2 selling model, and collaborating with patient support groups. Travel required regularly to meet with customers and at times for corporate meetings and events. The role emphasizes business acumen, product knowledge, and developing both new and existing accounts while supporting patient education initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
