Job Summary
Area Manager drives promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products across assigned territory, builds and expands customer relationships with HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, and specialty distribution partners, develops territory business plans to meet or exceed sales targets, implements marketing programs to grow market share, maintains product knowledge through current clinical literature, and travels regularly to support customer meetings and events; requires a Bachelor degree and at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with strong business acumen and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations; positions may involve travel and on-site customer engagements in specified territories including Cedar Rapids, IA; West Palm Beach, FL; and Orlando, FL.

- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
