Job Summary
Area Manager for CSL Behring in the Southeast Region. Responsible for promoting CSL Behring products, managing territory business development, developing and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners. Develops and implements territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, communicates clinical product and disease state information, stays current with clinical literature, and supports patient education programs. Maintains call frequency with targets, contributes to demand generation, and participates in local customer meetings. Travel is regular, including weekends for select events. Requires a Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field and at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience; strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, product features, and regulatory considerations. The role emphasizes building customer advocates, growing new and existing accounts, and applying CSL selling model (PS2) during customer interactions.
