Area Manager Specialty. Southeast Region

Area Manager for CSL Behring promotes promoted products within the Southeast region and supports territory business development. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, and distribution partners; developing new accounts and growing existing ones through effective territory management and communication of product features and disease-state information; implementing territory business plans and marketing programs to increase market share; maintaining call frequencies aligned with product focus; staying current with clinical literature; applying CSL selling model (PS2) in customer interactions; collaborating with patient support groups; representing CSL Behring at local meetings; and traveling as needed, including weekends, for customer or corporate events. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field, minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, proven sales success and market share growth, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
