Job Summary
Area Manager for CSL Behring overseeing the Southeast Territory, accountable for promoting CSL Behring products, developing new accounts and expanding market share through strong customer relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia centers, and specialty pharmacies. Responsible for territory business planning, reacting to market dynamics, implementing the CSL selling model (PS2), coordinating with patient support groups, and supporting patient education programs. Regular travel including weekends is expected to engage call points, maintain call frequency, and drive demand and product usage while staying current on clinical literature and product features.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
