Job Summary
Promote CSL Behring products within the Southeast Region and related territory to HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors, and specialty pharmacies; develop and maintain relationships to increase product usage and drive territory sales; create and execute territory business plans aligned with corporate strategy; stay current on clinical literature and product information; utilize the CSL selling model (PS2) in customer calls; collaborate with patient support groups; travel as needed for customer meetings and events; represent CSL Behring at local meetings to boost product exposure; ensure appropriate call frequency and alignment with product focus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
