Job Summary

Promote CSL Behring products and drive territory business development in the Southeast Region by building and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient support groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies. Responsible for developing new accounts and growing existing accounts through solid customer relationships, communicating technical product and disease-state information, and effective territory management to achieve/exceed sales targets. Implement territory business plans aligned with corporate strategy; execute key marketing programs to increase market share of promoted products; maintain appropriate call frequency with targets and stay current with clinical literature. Apply the CSL selling model (PS2) with strong opening, probing, listening, and closing skills; collaborate with patient support groups; represent CSL Behring at local meetings to boost product exposure; travel regularly—including weekends—for customers or events.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
  • Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
