Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products and for managing all aspects of territory business development in the Southeast region. Develop and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners. Create demand for promoted products while maintaining strong clinical knowledge, develop territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, implement key marketing programs to increase market share, and stay current with clinical literature. Manage call frequency with targets, represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings, and collaborate with patient support groups as appropriate. Requires regular travel including weekends for customer meetings and events; maintain knowledge of product features and benefits, competitive products, and regulatory considerations. Travel, customer engagement, and proficiency in CS L selling model (PS2) are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
