Area Manager Specialty. Southeast Region

Promote CSL Behring products and increase usage across the Southeast region (including West Palm and Orlando) by developing new accounts and growing existing ones. Build and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient support groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies. Develop territory business plans aligned with corporate direction to achieve/exceed sales targets; communicate product features, benefits, and disease-state information; implement key marketing programs; maintain target call frequencies; stay current with clinical literature; apply the CSL selling PS2 model with opening, probing, listening, and closing skills; collaborate with patient support groups; travel to meet customers and corporate events as required. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field and at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience with demonstrated success in field sales and market share growth; knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
