Job Summary
Area Manager for CSL Behring Southeast Region responsible for promoting CSL Behring products, developing new accounts and growing existing accounts through strategic territory management, cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, and distribution partners, implementing territory business plans to meet/exceed sales targets, executing marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining call frequencies with targets, staying current on clinical literature, applying the CSL selling model (PS2) in customer calls, engaging with patient support groups as appropriate, and traveling to meet customers and company needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
