Job Summary
Area Manager for Specialty products focused on promoting CSL Behring offerings within the Northeast Long Island region. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, and specialty pharmacies; developing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; implementing marketing programs and the CSL selling model (PS2); educating patients and stakeholders as needed; identifying and growing new accounts while expanding existing ones; and traveling as required to meet customers, meetings, and events. Strong clinical knowledge, product feature/benefit understanding, competitive landscape awareness, and the ability to drive demand and exposure through customer calls, relationships with patient support groups, and collaboration with distribution channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
