Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products, managing territory business development, cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, distributors, and patient support groups; develops and executes territory plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, implements marketing programs to increase market share, maintains call frequency with targets, stays current on clinical literature, applies the CSL selling model (PS2) in customer calls, and travels regularly for meetings and events while supporting patient education initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
