Job Summary
Area Manager oversee promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products in the Northeast Long Island region and manage territory business development, cultivating relationships with HCPs, hospitals, specialty pharmacies and distributors; develop and implement territory plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, stay current with clinical literature, apply the CSL selling model (PS2) on customer calls, and travel as needed for meetings and events. Requires building new accounts, expanding existing ones, communicating product features/benefits, and supporting patient education programs; base salary plus incentive/possible equity, with travel expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
