Job Summary
Area Manager will promote CSL Behring products, manage territory business development, cultivate relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, and specialty pharmacies, develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, stay current with clinical literature, apply the CSL selling model (PS2) in customer calls, support patient education programs when needed, and travel regularly, including weekends for customer meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
