Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products in the Northeast Long Island region, developing and maintaining relationships with Health Care Professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, and distribution partners; develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; promote products, increase usage, and implement key marketing programs; stay current with clinical literature; demonstrate CSL selling model (PS2) with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing; coordinate with patient support groups and provide patient education as needed; regular travel to meet customers and participate in meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
