Job Summary
Area Manager for specialty products in the Northeast Long Island region focused on promoting CSL Behring therapies, developing new and existing accounts, and implementing territory business plans to achieve sales targets. Responsible for cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; requires strong clinical knowledge, ability to communicate product features and disease states, stay current with medical literature, and stay updated on market opportunities. Will implement CSL selling model (PS2), support patient education programs, participate in local customer meetings, and travel regularly (including weekends) to meet with customers and attend events. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field and a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience are required; base salary expected between $120K-$145K plus incentive compensation and potential equity.
