Job Summary

Area Manager, Specialty for the Northeast Long Island Area responsibilities include promoting CSL Behring products to health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors and specialty pharmacies; developing and growing new and existing accounts; implementing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; presenting product features and disease-state information; staying current with clinical literature; utilizing the CSL selling model (PS2) in customer calls; collaborating with patient support groups; representing CSL Behring at local meetings; and regional travel. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, business acumen, relationship-building with key customers, and ongoing communication of market opportunities. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field, at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations. The position offers a base salary in the 120k–145k range plus incentive compensation and may include equity, with potential additional local variables based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
