Job Summary
Promote CSL Behring products and manage a Northeast Long Island territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing ones. Build and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies. Develop territory business plans to achieve sales targets, communicate product features and disease-state information, stay current with clinical literature, and implement the CSL selling model (PS2) during customer calls. Contribute to patient education programs as needed and travel to serve customers and attend meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
